ACCEPTANCE

These terms (“Contest Terms”) for the BabyLovingCare.com ("Sponsor") are
additional terms and conditions to BabyLovingCare.com’s Terms and Privacy Policy
(collectively "Terms") and govern your participation in the BabyLovingCare.com
Think It, Name It, Win It Moms-to-be and New Mommy Mobile App Contest
("Contest"). If there is any conflict between these Contest Terms and any other
service terms, the provisions of these Contest Terms shall prevail when
participating in the Contest.

By registering for or participating in the Contest you accept these Contest
Terms. You are not allowed to participate in the Contest if you do not agree to
these Contest Terms.

The Contest Terms constitute an agreement between you and BabyLovingCare.com, [a

Cap-Santé, Quebec G0A 1L0] including its affiliates and suppliers (collectively
"BabyLovingCare.com"), defining your and BabyLovingCare.com's rights and

This Contest is designed to give our fans the opportunity to come up with an
innovative idea for a mobile app that caters to the needs of new moms and
moms-to-be. You acknowledge and agree that the Contest is one of creativity and
originality, not chance [except in the case of the random voter selected in the
voting segment of the Contest]. The Prize will be awarded to the Entrant (see
"Eligibility") who submits the best entry ("Entry") as determined in the sole
discretion of the judges and voters. No purchase is necessary to enter,
participate or receive a prize. A purchase will not increase chances of winning
a prize.

Entry into the Contest begins at 09:00 AM EST on February 17, 2014 and closes at
11:59 PM EST on March 14, 2014 (the "Contest Period"). Entries for the Contest
may be submitted on the Facebook contest page at any and all times during the
Contest Period. Limit 1 entry per person.

With regard to Entry submissions, you understand and agree that you are solely
and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Entry submitted, including
but not limited to its legality, appropriateness and non-infringement of third
party intellectual property rights, and BabyLovingCare.com shall not be liable
in any way for such Entry.

The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by any mandatory national,
provincial or other government laws in form and language as provided herein and

ELIGIBILITY

The BabyLovingCare.com’s "Think It, Name It, Win It" Moms-to-be and New Mommy
Mobile App Contest and "Best of the Best Mommy Mobile App Idea" voting contest
(the “Contest”) are open only to legal Canadian residents age 18 or older at the
time of entry. Void where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law.
Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, and its respective parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies; and individuals or entities
responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of
this contest; suppliers, distributors and retailers of baby products; and
individuals who are members of the immediate family (parent, child, spouse,
sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or
household, whether or not related, of any of the foregoing are not eligible to
enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local
laws and regulations.


CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD

Entry into the Contest begins at 09:00 AM EST on February 17, 2014 and closes at
11:59 PM EST on March 14, 2014 (the "Contest Period"). Entries for the Contest
may be submitted on the Facebook contest page at any and all times during the
Contest Period.


CONTEST VOTING PERIOD

Voting commences 09:00 AM EST March 19, 2014 and ends 11:59 PM EST April 2, 2014
(the "Voting Period". Votes can be placed once per day per voter, every day
during the Voting Period.


SELECTION OF WINNERS

It is the sole discretion of Sponsor to select the 5 best ideas from among all
valid entries and submit to its Facebook audience for voting. The Sponsor will
determine, in its sole discretion which entries are deemed Valid Entries, and
their decisions and the result of the voting will be final in all respects. One

responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Prize will be shipped
within 8 weeks from the date of completion of the contest.
