   Jason was incredibly helpful during the entire process. We moved our family
   to Rocky Mount/Nashville from Winston-Salem. He was always available for
   showings and promptly returned phone calls or emails. We met him on multiple
   occasions for showings. Jason remained engaged and active during the mortgage
   process and stayed in touch with the lenders and builders to close all loops.
   He is an excellent communicator and is very thorough. He was present during
   our final walkthrough and was able to point out details that we had not
   noticed. He truly is an experienced veteran of the real estate industry and I
   would certainly recommend his services to anyone in need of an agent.

   I met Jason for the first time while looking at a listing I was interested
   in. He was personable and attentive. What I mean by attentive is that he
   listened and asked questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. He
   took down the information on two other homes we wanted to see and we agreed
   to meet on an upcoming Saturday.
   
   That day we went to the properties we had sent him first. He also had a list
   of homes he thought we would like. He continued to listen and refine the
   house he showed us. The last home he showed us that day, Karen and I returned
   to on our own four times that weekend.
   
   He had recommended a lender already who was also helpful and responsive so we
   were ready to make an offer. He chased down answers to questions, called back
   and, best of all, was proactive in a couple instances that looked out for our
   interests.
   
   He has been in the business for eleven years, works in the area he was raised
   in and has home town knowledge.

   My experience with Jason was absolutely wonderful. Buying a house is
   stressful enough but moving from MD to NC, is completely nerve wrecking and
   Jason made this process so easy for us. His knowledge on home buying and

   I call Trulia and they scheduled a call with Jason between 5 pm and 6 pm. He
   called and I was not near the phone. I called him back and he said he is not
   in the office now and said he would call me on Monday. He did not call me on
   Monday. I send an email to Trulia and Alex said he would call me between 3 pm
   and 4 pm on Tuesday but he did not. I got my information using another agent
   but my experience was not great with Jason.

   I have used Jason to purchase a home years ago and most recently to sell a
   home. Jason is very helpful throughout the entire process and is always
   following up and keeping in contact during the process. I could not have
   asked for a more knowledgeable and personable realtor to work with. Jason
   made both buying and selling an easy transition for me and my family. If I
   did not understand something, Jason was right there to have the answer. He
   responds to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Having years of
   experience helps because he has dealt with various banks and companies and
   knew how things would progress. Living in Raleigh now, I hope if I ever buy
   another home I could steal Jason away from eastern NC to help me again!

   his duties looking out for your best interest,if he does'nt have the answers

   I relocated from Winston-Salem to Rocky Mount in July 2011. I wouldn't be
   able to purchase a new home until my old home sold, but I contacted Jason to
   inquire about properties in the area. Jason gave me all the information I
   requested, and asked that I contact him once my home sold and I was ready to
   buy another.
   
   One year later my home finally sold, and I contacted Jason again to help me
   with the house hunting process. I signed up for alerts from Jason's website,
   and searched through listings daily. As I found properties I was interested
   in I would contact Jason. Without hesitation, Jason always gladly showed me
   the properties of my interest.
   
   None of the properties I suggested were really what I was looking for. One
   day after looking at another property that failed to meet my expectations,
   Jason informed me of a property that had just come on the market. The home
   Jason suggested was just what I was looking for. I had actually spotted it a
   year earlier, but to my disappointment it had been taken off the market
   before I started my search.
   
   It was as if Jason knew exactly what I was looking for. The home had several
   intersted buyers, and with Jason's help, I was able to submit an offer which
   beat out all the others.
   
   Jason's help didn't end there. He was involved with the home inspection
   process, and helped me through the loan process as well. Jason even wenr
   under the house to check out the moister barrier that had been installed as
   part of the contingencies of my contract with the seller. Moisture barrier? I
   didn't even know what a moisture barrier was, but there was Jason inspecting
   the entire underneath of the home, insuriing the barrier had been properly
   placed.
   
   I can't say enough about Jason. What I can say is he's the greatest. He was
   chased by dogs, and fulfilled my wishes to look at some homes that were
   obviously not what I was looking for. All the while he went out of his way to
   make sure I was satisfied.
   
   If you are going to buy a home in the Rocky Mount area, Jason is the man you
   want to call. He is very knowledgeable, and will do his utmost to help you
   find the home of your dreams.

   Jason was incredibly helpful during the entire process. We moved our family
   to Rocky Mount/Nashville from Winston-Salem. He was always available for
   showings and promptly returned phone calls or emails. We met him on multiple
   occasions for showings. Jason remained engaged and active during the mortgage
   process and stayed in touch with the lenders and builders to close all loops.
   He is an excellent communicator and is very thorough. He was present during
   our final walkthrough and was able to point out details that we had not
   noticed. He truly is an experienced veteran of the real estate industry and I

   I met Jason for the first time while looking at a listing I was interested
   in. He was personable and attentive. What I mean by attentive is that he
   listened and asked questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. He
   took down the information on two other homes we wanted to see and we agreed
   to meet on an upcoming Saturday.
   
   That day we went to the properties we had sent him first. He also had a list
   of homes he thought we would like. He continued to listen and refine the
   house he showed us. The last home he showed us that day, Karen and I returned
   to on our own four times that weekend.
   
   He had recommended a lender already who was also helpful and responsive so we
   were ready to make an offer. He chased down answers to questions, called back
   and, best of all, was proactive in a couple instances that looked out for our
   interests.
   
   He has been in the business for eleven years, works in the area he was raised
   in and has home town knowledge.

   My experience with Jason was absolutely wonderful. Buying a house is
   stressful enough but moving from MD to NC, is completely nerve wrecking and
   Jason made this process so easy for us. His knowledge on home buying and
   taking the time to show us what to look for when buying a home truly made

   I call Trulia and they scheduled a call with Jason between 5 pm and 6 pm. He
   called and I was not near the phone. I called him back and he said he is not
   in the office now and said he would call me on Monday. He did not call me on
   Monday. I send an email to Trulia and Alex said he would call me between 3 pm
   and 4 pm on Tuesday but he did not. I got my information using another agent
   but my experience was not great with Jason.

   I have used Jason to purchase a home years ago and most recently to sell a
   home. Jason is very helpful throughout the entire process and is always
   following up and keeping in contact during the process. I could not have
   asked for a more knowledgeable and personable realtor to work with. Jason
   made both buying and selling an easy transition for me and my family. If I
   did not understand something, Jason was right there to have the answer. He
   responds to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Having years of
   experience helps because he has dealt with various banks and companies and
   knew how things would progress. Living in Raleigh now, I hope if I ever buy

   I relocated from Winston-Salem to Rocky Mount in July 2011. I wouldn't be
   able to purchase a new home until my old home sold, but I contacted Jason to
   inquire about properties in the area. Jason gave me all the information I
   requested, and asked that I contact him once my home sold and I was ready to
   buy another.
   
   One year later my home finally sold, and I contacted Jason again to help me
   with the house hunting process. I signed up for alerts from Jason's website,
   and searched through listings daily. As I found properties I was interested
   in I would contact Jason. Without hesitation, Jason always gladly showed me
   the properties of my interest.
   
   None of the properties I suggested were really what I was looking for. One
   day after looking at another property that failed to meet my expectations,
   Jason informed me of a property that had just come on the market. The home
   Jason suggested was just what I was looking for. I had actually spotted it a
   year earlier, but to my disappointment it had been taken off the market
   before I started my search.
   
   It was as if Jason knew exactly what I was looking for. The home had several
   intersted buyers, and with Jason's help, I was able to submit an offer which
   beat out all the others.
   
   Jason's help didn't end there. He was involved with the home inspection
   process, and helped me through the loan process as well. Jason even wenr
   under the house to check out the moister barrier that had been installed as
   part of the contingencies of my contract with the seller. Moisture barrier? I
   didn't even know what a moisture barrier was, but there was Jason inspecting
   the entire underneath of the home, insuriing the barrier had been properly
   placed.
   
   I can't say enough about Jason. What I can say is he's the greatest. He was
   chased by dogs, and fulfilled my wishes to look at some homes that were
   obviously not what I was looking for. All the while he went out of his way to
   make sure I was satisfied.
   
   If you are going to buy a home in the Rocky Mount area, Jason is the man you
   want to call. He is very knowledgeable, and will do his utmost to help you
   find the home of your dreams.
