an analysis & visualisation tool for mitochondrial gene expression dynamics &
mutations

MitoXplorer maps gene expression and mutation data to our manually curated
mitochondrial interactomes. We have carefully selected mitochondria-associated
genes (mito-genes) and annotated them with 35 mitochondrial functions. User can
explore, analyse and visualize the data in an interactive way using the analysis
and visualisation methods provided via mitoXplorer. You could start with
browsing our databases, doing comparative analysis on data we provide or upload
and analyze your own data.
