Q: Can you/should you use this during the day? Directions are misleading. On the
website it primarily says use at night, but on "step 2", the packaging, and on
the actual product label it says to use at night and day time. Also, the photo
shows that you can apply this on eye lids, but is that true? I have also read
that you should not do that.

A: You want to use it at night to optimize skin’s receptivity and retinol’s
potency and because studies show that retinol and sunlight do not go well
together. We use a standard format for bottle labels, I do apologize for any
confusion caused. When it comes to application, keep it on the orbital bone as
your body heat will cause it to spread on the skin.
