SHOULD I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS WHILE BREASTFEEDING / PREGNANT?

This is something you should speak to your doctor about, however there is
nothing inherently unsafe about supplement use while pregnant.

You will notice each of our products contains a mandatory warning against use of
supplements while breastfeeding / pregnant which is officiated by FSANZ (the
Australian food regulators).

Your medical professional is your best advice here, some people specifically
take supplements to improve their health while pregnant, but we are not experts
in this field, so prefer not to give specific advice to people.

WHAT IS THE TASTE AND TEXTURE OF PROTEIN LIKE?

Each type of Bulk Nutrients protein is slightly different. In general all whey
proteins are rich and creamy (much like a milkshake!), whereas Hydrolysed
Collagen Peptides (HCP) has a watery consistency with no creaminess.

Plant based proteins such as Earth, Pea Isolate and Rice Isolate have a thicker
consistency and earthy taste and amino acid based proteins such as our Future
Whey have a watery consistency and are light and crisp to taste.

Fuel your morning with a tasty protein kick from this delicious Protein French
Toast recipe using our Protein Matrix+ in NEW Limited Edition Raspberry Crumble
flavour! Raspberry Crumble Protein French Toast | Recipe by @she_snacks
Ingredients (serves 1) French Toast: • 30g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ in
NEW Limited Edition Raspberry Crumble flavour • 2 egg whites • 60ml unsweetened
almond milk • 20g sweetener (optional) • Splash of vanilla • 4 slices of bread
(118g) Toppings (included in macros): • 100g non-fat plain Greek/high-protein
yoghurt • 80g raspberries • 50ml sugar-free maple syrup Instructions 1. Place
all of the French toast ingredients (except for the bread) in a shallow dish.
Whisk until combined. 2. Dip each slice of bread into the batter, covering both
sides. 3. Cook over med-high heat in a non-stick pan for a few minutes until
the first side is browned. As the French toast is cooking, pour any remaining
batter over the bread as well. 4. Once browned, flip to cook the other side. 5.
Stack the French toast onto your plate and top with yoghurt, raspberries and

east coast 2023…. what an experience i’ve had to finish off the year riding and
living in melbourne for 9 weeks.. Racing the aussupercross for the first time
for me in marvel stadium was really fun, hitting all the big jumps and rythms..
I felt really good and comfy on my bike racing just couldn’t put it all
together.. First off I would like to thank the whole wbr_motorcycles family for
the motocross/ supercross season, I wouldn’t of been able to chase my dream

I start every day with 2 big glasses of water and a protein shake. ⁠ ⁠ Getting
one decent serve of protein first thing ensures I hit my target for the day. ⁠ I
aim for 4 servings of 25-30g across the day to hit my intake (my current intake
is between 130-140g/day - this is based of my training goals and bodyweight).⁠ ⁠
I SWEAR BY bulknutrients Protein Matrix. Its creamy and tastes awesome. ⁠ I just
chuck a scoop in a glass of water and mix with a fork and it does the job. ⁠ ⁠
Sometimes Ill incorporate this into a pre or post workout meal of:⁠ 150g frozen
banana, ice and water and HOLY MOLY - it blitzes up into a creamy delicious
smoothie. LOVE LOVE LOVE⁠ ⁠ If I want a smoothie as a snack or breakky option, I

On this day, 12 months ago, I was privileged to pull the Victor Harbour horse
tram for the first time ever. Today, I pulled a 220kg deadlift in front of a
huge crowd of people. Every day I am grateful that I can wake up and do the
things I do. I am very lucky, but I also hope that some of the young kids (and
old) that come out to watch these crazy things, might be left with a little bit

gpt100miler… 4 days of absolute carnage! The first 18k of day 1 was
incredible!!! Until I had to fill up with 3L of water in 6 small bottles, I got
flustered, and my faffing began! 😅 My biggest take away this past week was -
prepare or… prepare to suffer… it’s was as simple as that! 🥵 I knew where I was
at and accepted it! No excuses, so I embraced each day and what unfolded, I met
incredible people, got to experience some insane views and was inspired by so
many!! As always it was more than a run! Special mentions to a few people who
