GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Loved my stay here. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept up. Bedroom
was very spacious and exceeded expectations. Breakfast was also great and
would definitely recommend to other people!

GREAT FOR OUR BLENDED FAMILY WITH TEENS
We stayed in the 2 br suite. There was plenty of room for everyone. The
large fridge and microwave were very helpful.

EMBARRASSED FOR MARRIOTT NAME AND DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY OF THIS LOCATION
Quality was terrible. Bathtub had rust in it and mattresses were so old and
broken down. Garage in the hall by the elevator in bags was slightly and
then an animal got into one and trash was on the carpet.

We are so sorry that your room was in disrepair and that trash in the
hallway was not picked up. We start our renovation this year and
hopefully finish by next summer. We hope that you stop by next year and
take a look at the new modern changes that are happening. Thanks for

NOT YOUR FIRST CHOICE
This hotel is dated and obviously the first choice for the families
arriving for Spring training. The pool and grill were occupied by them
until late in the evening and there was no towels, chairs or staff avail.
to help other guests. Fitness room is in disrepair and the hot tub was not
functional. As understaffed as they were they had a hard time keeping up
w/breakfast and/or a simple request to turn the TV in the fitness room on.

We sincerely apologize that no staff was available to help out with
your requests. Our pool area is undergoing a massive renovation this
summer which will include more than enough seating for Spring Training
and the influx of families. Included will be a new dining room and gym.
We are confident that these new changes will provide our extended stay
guests and those just for the weekends the comfort and relaxation they
come to expect from Residence Inn.

JUST FAIR FOR THE PRICE
Not what I expected from a residence Inn. Food was very limited and cold.
Pool was cold. Jacuzzi was broken and out of service. Way too far from the
baseball fields, the whole reason we went. Area around the hotel is
terrible.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologize that our hotel and the area
around it didn't meet your needs. We will definitely ensure that the
third party travel companies know that we are 20 miles from Bell Bank
Park which on a bad day can be about 30 minute drive which can help
guests like yourself make a more informed decision when booking for a
tournament. Our pool heated to about 80 degrees in the winter which can
still be quite cold for some people,. We will be renovating our pool
area making room for a nice BBQ area with dining. Our full hot
breakfast with eggs, two different kinds of sausage, juice, coffee,
three different cereals, two different flavors of yogurt, breads
pastries, waffles and an entire customization station equipped with
nuts, chocolate, Nutella peanut butter and jams can be limited for some
guests who maybe looking for more of a dining experience. While we
don't have a shopping area around our hotel there are several options
for dining within a block about .25 miles. Again MAR2022 I hope that
the next time you are here in Mesa that you are able to find a hotel
meeting all your needs. Thank you for your feedback.

Our trip was for a family emergency. We were tired and frustrated when we
