Issues happened with 2021 (ver 15). Video from webm files seem to work ok. It's
the opus audio that doesn't always work. You'll see a Importer-25 error, or low
level exception. At times the audio will load, but it's inconsistent (to the
point where for the same video/audio, different portions of the audio will work
at different times). Prior to the update to ver 15, the plugin worked around 95%
of the time with only a few webm files giving issues.

The video works, the sound doesn't. Tried various WEBM files - all gave me the
same results, which is a video without sound. That part about handling Opus
audio format is a scam.

Tried installing this and it didn't add webm export to Premiere. So instead I
went to fnordware.com and installed the plugin directly, only then did it show
up. The plugin itself is great, it just doesn't work through Adobe exchange.

This does not work. Creative Cloud plug-in manager says "not compatible" with
Premiere. Have installed using Anastasiy's Extension Manager. It shows installed
for Premiere; but not media encoder. After restart, Premiere still does not
support .webm files. We are receiving video from third parties and are
discouraged Adobe cannot support this file type.

Where To Find It
Plug-in should get installed automatically by Creative Cloud if you have file
synching turned on. Open the Adobe Extension Manager to verify.
Once installed, in Premiere go to File > Media > Export and choose WebM as the
file format.
In Media Encoder, WebM will appear as a supported format.
