My name is
Mara

I'm a Digital designer with Frontend skills, an overall creative. With 14+ years
at different digital agencies I can bring something unique to each project. I
love to take my clients on the journey, by creating the project from start to
finish. Front-end developers skills come in handy in Designing Digital Products.
Communication in designs from prototyping to additional codesnippets for direct
translating design to code.

I love establishing and improving the design process. I aim to create quality,
consistency, and scalability for all digital products. Design systems, Patterns
are the norm for maintaining the perfect library, and work proces. I'am in my
best sharing my passion for digital with others, or learning new skills like 3D
designing in Spline.

In my sparetime You can find me Kitesurfing in ijmuiden, play rugby at AAC, or
hang out with my family.

I create interfaces, apps or large-scale websites
I can help you Design & Build interfaces, apps or large-scale websites from
scratch, set up Design systems and libraries.

My experience goes from UX & UI design to frontend development, Bringing the
idea to life, creating a solution to a problem.
Collaborating with developers to design solutions when needed, with my frontend
skills in mind, I am good with communicating my idea and I am well aware of what
is possible in code.
I usually work with agencies, startups, brands, associations and other
freelancers. I have already worked with renowned clients such as: Sony mobile,
Heineken, KNVB, Vodafone, Sky-team, BMW, raysol.energy, Greenpeace, de lokalist
and Regreener.
