The new required ESEF reporting format will project annual financial reporting
into the digital era by changing the the issuers’ compilation methods and
auditors’ auditing processes. A technical solution to meeting the new regulatory
requirements is advisable. The ESEF-Manager allows compilation and auditing of
annual financial reports in the ESEF reporting format. Please refer to our FAQs

   with the OAM (Officially Appointed Mechanism) (in Germany, the Company
   Register) requirements pursuant to the Transparency Directive 2013/50/EU and
   the ESEF taxonomy developed by ESMA (European Securities and Markets
   Autority), according to the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/815 of
   17 December 2018 supplementing Directive 2004/109/EC of the European
   Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards
   on the specification of a single electronic reporting format, wich contains
   the regulatory technical standards (RTS)
