THOMAS HILL III

CEO, Kimray, Inc. & Chairman, The Kimmell Foundation

Thomas Hill III is CEO of Kimray. As the grandson of Kimray’s founder, Garman
Kimmell, Thomas grew up around Kimray. He has worked at the company in virtually
every department, giving him an intimate knowledge of the processes and people
involved from start to finish. Thomas manages the family-owned company with a
sense of stewardship and heritage. He is also author of the book “Recovering
Leadership: Musings of an Addict Leader” and writes weekly “Monday Musings” on
various leadership topics.

Thomas currently on the board of Salt and Light Leadership Training and is vice
chair for Hope Is Alive ministry ,where he personally mentors a group of men
recovering from addiction.

Thomas received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State
University. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and their six children.


DR. NATHAN MELLOR

Executive Coach, Author & TEDx Speaker

A thought-leader, two-time TEDx speaker, author and CEO of Strata Leadership,
Dr. Nathan Mellor is an experienced executive coach who has provided more than
3,000 coaching sessions for executive leaders. He serves as a sounding board,
sparring partner and a source of encouragement for leaders seeking to maximize
their effectiveness.

Nathan is passionate about developing future leaders and is the co-founder of
the Presidential Leadership Institute in collaboration with the Eisenhower
Presidential Library and Museum. He is an adjunct professor for graduate
programs at York College and OBU and chairs the OK Business Ethics Consortium.

Nathan earned his Doctorate from Pepperdine University, his Masters from the
Pepperdine University School of Law, a Master of Science in Education degree
from Harding University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harding University. He
lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife and two daughters.


LEE ROLAND

Educational Consultant & Motivational Speaker

Lee Roland has lovingly labored as an educator and administrator for 30 years.
As a motivational speaker, education consultant and adjunct professor of
Sociology at Southern Nazarene University, Lee specializes in the subjects of
character education, working with children of poverty and teacher/leader
efficacy.

Lee is formerly the proud principal of 12 years of Tulakes Elementary in the
Putnam City School District, an at-risk community in Northwest Oklahoma City
that had only known failure prior to his arrival. His new book, “The Fantastic
Voyage: A Story of School Turnaround and Achievement by Overcoming Poverty and
Addressing Race,” chronicles the inspiring transformation of Tulakes.

Lee also serves on staff at The Parish in Oklahoma City and has been married to
his best friend for nearly 40 years. They have two adult children and one
grandchild. 


MARK SANBORN

Mark Sanborn, CSP, CPAE, is president of Sanborn & Associates, Inc., an idea
studio dedicated to developing leaders in business and in life. Mark is an
international bestselling author and award-winning keynote leadership speaker.
He has written eight books, including “The Fred Factor,” which has sold over 2
million copies worldwide.

Mark is Leadership Expert in Residence at High Point University and was ranked
#5 leadership expert in the world by GlobalGurus.org. His clients include
Costco, FedEx, Harley-Davidson, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, KPMG, Morton’s of
Chicago, New York Life, RE/MAX, ServiceMaster, ESPN, GM, IBM, St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital, Sandvik and John Deere.

Mark holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National
Speakers Association (NSA) and is a member of the Speaker Hall of Fame. He was
honored with the Cavett Award, the highest honor the NSA bestows on its members,
in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the speaking profession.


TERRI WHITE

CEO, Mental Health Association Oklahoma

Terri White is recognized as one of the nation’s longest-serving state
behavioral health leaders and a national expert on agency operations and
behavioral health systems. Before joining the Mental Health Association Oklahoma
as Chief Executive Officer in August 2020, Terri served as commissioner for the
Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services from
2007-2020. She was also the first woman to serve as Oklahoma’s Secretary of
Health, from 2009 to 2011.

In 2020, Terri was awarded the Oklahoma Medal of Freedom, the highest honor a
civilian can receive from the Oklahoma National Guard, for her work on behalf of
service men and women, veterans and their families related to mental health and
addiction treatment and suicide prevention services.

A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, Terri received both her Master of Social Work and
her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
