How Do I Update My Account Manager Password?



OVERVIEW

Creating a strong password for your Account Manager is vital to prevent
unauthorized users from accessing it. If you can access your Account Manager and
want to change your password, you can follow the steps below.

 1. Log in to your Account Manager.
 2. On the top right corner of the homepage, click your name.
 3. Select My Profile.



 4. In the Security section, click the CHANGE button beside Password.



 5. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Your Account Manager password must have the following:

 * It must be at least 12 or more characters.
 * At least one uppercase letter.
 * At least one lowercase letter.
 * At least one number.



 6. Click Save.

Your Account Manager password has been updated.

Important: Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you requested to have a
link to reset your password. If you were not able to receive the password reset
link via your email on file or are unable to answer your security questions to
reset your password, please click here for more options to gain access to your
account.
