Dear Tim,

Thank you for your continued support of the Thunder! We hope you are having a
great summer and are looking forward to the 2024-25 NBA season, beginning in
October.

This email is to inform you of some upcoming changes to the parking environment
surrounding Paycom Center.

As you are likely aware, the City of Oklahoma City will soon begin preparing the
Prairie Surf Studios site (formerly COX Convention Center) for the start of the
construction process for our exciting new arena, which we expect to open in
2028.

With progress, of course, comes change.

With the Prairie Surf building going away to make way for the new arena, parking
spaces underneath it will no longer be available, beginning with the start of
the upcoming 2024-25 season. Since the Thunder does not own any parking garages
or lots, we have been working with both the city and local businesses who have
available parking opportunities. We are pleased to inform you that we have
secured agreements to help us fulfill our Season Ticket Member parking benefit
obligations. These garages and lots will still be within a few blocks of Paycom
Center.

We have carefully considered all options, and to be fair and equitable for all
Season Ticket Members whose seats include the benefit of a parking pass, we have
chosen to reset the entire parking environment using the Season Ticket Member
Priority Points system that has been the cornerstone of how the team has
determined seating priority since our inception in 2008. The priority points
formula is based on a Season Ticket Member’s tenure and total funds they have
spent over that time. It is the same system used to determine the annual dates
and times for the Thunder Relocation Upgrade Event (TRUE) each April.

YOUR ACCRUED PRIORITY POINTS RANKING FOR PARKING FOR THE 2024-25 SEASON IS 393
OUT OF 1,068 WHICH IS BASED ON A TOTAL OF 3579 PRIORITY POINTS EARNED DURING
YOUR SEASON TICKET MEMBER TENURE.
We have prepared some expected FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS that we hope will
assist you with this process.

Once you read and understand the defined guidelines and FAQ for the parking
relocation process, we ask that you visit the link below, no later than August 1
at 5 p.m., to provide us with your preferred garage or lot. Please note them in
your order of preference.

PROVIDE YOUR PARKING PREFERENCES
AND VIEW A MAP OF GARAGES AND LOTS

Please keep in mind, the Thunder receives no revenue from any parking and
actually purchases all parking from the City of OKC or private operators in
order to provide this benefit for Season Ticket Members.

We recognize that parking is an important part of your game night experience,
and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to adapt to the
evolving downtown parking environment.

Please fill out the questionnaire so we can best understand your preferences.
