SURPRISED
What a great locations so close to Time Square. When you walk in you feel
like you are in a different world. Size size was great for New York and
still close to everything.

DISAPPOINTING STAY
I’m a big fan of the Marriott group and as I a higher tier member I was
disappointed with this stay. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful what
so ever. Location of the hotel makes lower rooms very noisy on the street
level. I was barely able to sleep at night because of street noise. If
staff was helpful it would have been different, they just seem not to care
what so ever. Won’t be staying there again.

THANKS FOR NOTHING.
Nothing worked. The phone didn’t work. The app didn’t work. My reservation
was not in the app when it should’ve been. There was no way to correct any
of that. No one could help. No one could make an executive decision. There
was never a service tech sent to fix the phone so that I could call for any
kind of service I might need. It goes downhill from there.

GREAT HOTEL
The food was wonderful, the beds were very comfy, and the location is great
if you want to be in Times Square. It is within walking distance to many of
the theaters if you are seeing Broadway shows or just want to shop.

GOOD LOCATION BUT DON’T EXPECT ANY SERVICE
I’ve stayed here for the last four years and year on year the level of
service has gotten worse. This time around I had to carry my own bags in
and to my room . There was very little in the room not even tea bags and I
just ended up buying my own. The rooms do need refurbish. But the views are
nice. The location is great and everything is accessible. But don’t expect
friendly staff or any kind of service. Though some of the door men are nice
and helpful!

From the moment we enter the lobby through the housekeeping staff, every
one was super courteous. The rooms and the entire hotel were super clean
and inviting.
Add in location, and this is the very best place to stay if visiting New

IT’S FINE
Enjoyed the location. Friendly staff. Cosmetic room upgrades are
noticeable, but still outdated. Not enough electrical outlets. We thought
the mattresses were horrible. Food is good. Breakfast is over priced. Not a
hotel thing but. NYC thing…. $35/day charge…. Just because. You can apply
it towards food, but that doesn’t even pay for one person’s breakfast. Or
pay for two drinks. You’ll still pay an extra $20 on top for those two
drinks. Overall, it was fine taking my kids for their first time, but will
consider other options next time.
