WHAT IS ORGANIZATION

In Organization, organizations such as companies can manage members who are to
participate in Project. In addition, if a contract is concluded, Project can be
created as well.

ORGANIZATION ACCOUNT#

An account of a member who belongs to Organization is called Organization
account. The Organization account and the Personal account which does not belong
to Organization are the same in the basic aspects in using TIER IV Account, but
different in the following points.

The account owner of an Organization account:

 * Cannot change Email
 * Cannot delete the account

Both of these operations require the permission of the administrator of
Organization.

LIFECYCLE#

The administrator of Organization can create, delete, and kick accounts of
Organization members. If a Personal account owner is invited to the Organization
account and the invitation is accepted, the Personal account becomes
Organization account, then managed as an Organization account. It can also be
changed back to a Personal account by removing it from an Organization.

MANAGE MEMBERS#

Manage members who belong to Organization, and manage groups and group members
in accordance with the Projects in which they participate.

CONTRACT#

You can create Project of Web.Auto depending on the contract. In Organization,
you can review contracts, and manage billing information.
