     FANTASTIC STAY AT DARLING HARBOUR
     
     Recently had a short ( one night) stay at W in Darling Harbour. Quirky but
     tasteful design both interior and exterior. A great place to enjoy Sydney
     from. Close to points of interest and felt like an adventure just being in
     the hotel and room - for all of the right reasons. Friendly helpful staff.

     Had a really great time was really lovely. Housekeeping was very very
     delayed. No turndown service. Wet deck service was pretty good however,
     some of the bed areas were quite dirty, but the staff did helped resolve it
     when asked. Room service was great. James was great. Overall great stay.

     CAN'T HANDLE BUSY PERIODS
     
     Great place with great amenities and food,
     Got disappointed a few times with staff trying to do too much for everyone
     around them and then forgetting my simple order because they went to 5
     other people after me, it took 3 hours to get our bags sent to our rooms
     from when we checked in, I asked the receptionist right on check in that I
     don't mind taking them up but they insisted on doing it for us so we could
     have a swim, little did I know they wouldn't be in the room for 3 hours
     even after calling, if it was gonna take that long why insist on taking
     them off me when I offered to take them. Very frustrating.
     Got told the custard for our in room dining order would take 2 hours to
     make it was a type of creme Broulee dessert.
     Valet service also only had 2 guys driving when there were so many people
     checking out at the same time, maybe more staff were needed or maybe they
     didn't expect such a busy weekend but after spending plenty of money there
     were a few times we were stuck feeling pretty disappointed

     STAY IN A WOW HOTEL (EMPHASIS ON THE W)
     
     You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy the sights of Sydney, the
     hotel itself is fantastic, and everyone takes time to look after you. There
     is so much to do in Sydney that you feel as though you have missed out on
     everything the W has to offer. Can't wait to go back
