emotional burdens in life, such as anxiety and depression. I’ve helped both men
and women who suffered from sexual trauma find the healing they needed. I’ve
worked with people who have been involved in acute and chronic high-stress
circumstances, including combat veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

We can work on many other issues including weight loss, diabetes support,
smoking, alcohol use, chronic pain management, phobias, fear of flying, and
sports performance.

I am compassionate, mature, and supportive. We will work together to set your
therapy goals and to help you achieve them.

I respect you for the unique person you are and will use the treatment methods
that are best suited for you personally, ranging from psychodynamic
psychotherapy, to cognitive behavioral therapy, to clinical hypnosis.

addressed.

I am trained in the use of clinical hypnosis as an adjunct treatment for many
concerns, including weight loss, general health issues, diabetes support,
anxiety, smoking, chronic pain management, phobias (including fear of flying),
behavioral maladaptation, and sports performance.
