This was with firms including Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank, Alex. Brown and Merrill Lynch, advising on more than $5bn in assets. In addition, Greg has founded and managed several successful companies. He graduated from Wake Forest University with undergraduate and graduate business degrees. Greg was Chairman of the Board of Pfeiffer University and has served on the boards of the North Carolina Zoo, the Wake Forest University School of Business, Arbor Acres Retirement Community, the Open Arms Community House, Rimidi, Kinetic Data and Musubu. He lives in Winston-Salem, NC, with his wife and three sons. DJ ISABELLA DJ has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience in both direct and indirect real estate investing. Previous to co-founding Hunter Bell, DJ was the CIO of IRG Capital Partners where he developed micro-and macro-level investment strategies. He spent over ten years as the Director of Asset Management and Capital Formation at TVO Capital Management, headquartered in Chicago, IL, where he oversaw a $600 mm portfolio of real estate assets. DJ began his career in Commercial Development and Acquisitions at Whiteco Industries (Prime Residential), the billion-dollar single-family office of Dean White. During graduate school at NYU, DJ was a graduate intern at Madison Harbor Capital, a real estate fund of funds, where he underwrote a variety of private equity investments. DJ graduated with a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and earned an M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance & Economics from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. In addition to participating on several charitable boards, DJ is an acting advisor to Sonneclaire Capital and VDB Asset Management. He lives in Cleveland, OH, with his wife and young son.
