   Highly recommend this Asian restaurant. I had an overall spectacular
   experience. Every dish was delicious and well cooked. The restaurant
   decoration is very lovely and they were able to accommodate a party of 4.
   
   My party and I ordered so many dishes and we couldn't decide which one was
   better because everything tasted fresh and had lots of flavor. The dim sum
   was perfection!
   
   Compliments to the staff for been attentive, welcoming and for taking care of
   us in such a kind and respectful way.
   
   I will definitely return in my next visit to Philadelphia!

   Great dim sum in downtown Philly! The place is kind of Americanized in its
   appearance (and staff) but the food is actually quite authentic (the drinks
   not so much) and very tasty.
   
   Pork Soup Dumplings ($11) were high quality
   
   Dan Dan Noodles ($12) had a good spicy flavor and were nicely chewy
   
   Crystal Shrimp Dumplings ($8) were authentic and delicious
   
   Pumpkin Tarts ($7) were my fav - sweet pumpkin was so good and the red bean
   paste in the middle made it even better
   
   Egg Tarts ($6) were good too - nice and fluffy and the custard actually had
   kind of a coconut flavor which was really nice
   
   The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service speed was quick. The
   interior is large and clean and they have a few outdoor tables for seating as
   well.
   
   Overall, I would give Dim Sum House 4.5 stars if I could, but am rounding
   down to 4 stars because they were out of the lychee juice. If you are looking
   for quality dim sum in the area, I would highly recommend this place.

   Staff and servers were friendly.  The coffee and noodles were fine but it was
   striking me a lot.  I also tried to order shrimp rice rolls but they only
   have those at their University City location.  For being a "Dim Sum House", I
   didn't like that.  Shrimp rice rolls are probably my favorite dim sum item.  
   
   The coffee was mostly focused on the coffee but the quantity felt very small.
   
   Nice environment but expensive.  Convenient but I already miss Dim Sum Mania
   in Media.

   Awesome food, consistently great service, and great outdoor set up (complete
   with a roof!)
   
   This is our favorite dim sum west of Chinatown! The soup dumplings are tasty,
   warm, and comforting! The string beans and eggplant are amazing veg sides!
   The crab fried rice is salty and delish. We usually like the Peking duck
   (comes with bao, not pancakes as wrappers). However, we have found the
   quality to be hit or Miss lately, with inconsistent cooking (sometimes dry
   and sometimes moist).
   
   The outdoor seating is great with individual booths, covered from the rain,
   and has individual heaters for the winter!

   Excellent dim sum in Philadelphia. We came here on a Sunday around 12:30. We
   made a reservation but it may not have been necessary as the restaurant is
   quite large. They have limited outdoor seating that you can probably only get
   if you're here when it opens.
   
   The food is fantastic. Our favorites were the salt and pepper squid as well
   as many of the dim sum options like chicken and mushroom and the shrimp Siu
   mai. I did not partake in the spicy pork soup dumplings but my friends all
   said they were great with a sneaky spice that comes in hot on the aftertaste.
   
   All in all wonderful experience, the food came out fast and the staff was
   very good. We will certainly be back. Parking can be a little tough if you're
   not looking to pay for a garage so budget time to search!

   I came to Dim Sum House on a Saturday afternoon. We had a huge group of us so
   luckily we came as soon as they opened and were able to grab two tables.
   
   The menu here is huge.... yet they had the major dim sum staple
   unavailable.... the Shrimp Cheung Fun (Rice Rolls)!!! Our entire group was
   disappointed and confused with why it was unavailable since they just opened?
   The dim sum here isn't amazing and it isn't horrible... if you happen to be
   craving dim sum and are in the area I would recommend, but I wouldn't go out
   of my way in the future to return here.
   
   Here are the best of the dishes I enjoyed here:
   - Chili Oil Wontons
   - Dan Dan Noodles
   - Shrimp & Chive Dumpling
   
   Overall, staff were friendly and food came out as requested. I was
   disappointed in the menu selection and overall quality after looking at the
   hyped Yelp reviews.

   We had lunch here yesterday and the food was INCREDIBLE. We ordered a lot of
   different items to split amongst the 4 of us and I can't remember everything
   but highlights were the pork soup dumplings, the shrimp and leek dumplings,
   the cucumber salad, the bok choy and the egg tarts. Honestly though,
   everything was delicious. Our server was great, knowledgeable about the menu
   and attentive. We didn't have drinks but I was surprised to see they had a
   fairly extensive cocktail, beer & wine list which I'd definitely take
   advantage of for dinner sometime. Also, pictured is custard buns they brought
   out to us because my boyfriend and I were both celebrating birthdays - really
   nice touch. Overall highly recommend this place, we can't wait to go back!

   This was my first time trying dim sum and I loved it! The soup dumplings and
   the wontons in chili oil were my favorite dishes of the night. The drinks
   here were also all really good, I highly recommend the passion fruit one! The
   service here was pretty fast but there were a few times that the servers kept
   bringing our food to the wrong table or brought someone else's food to us,
   which made things very confusing. Overall though it was still a great
   experience but they could maybe work out a more organized system to deliver
   the correct food to everyone's tables.

   Omg I like this place!! I believe our waitress was a little overwhelmed with
   customers because she forgot about us a couple times lol but we still had a
   good time, went to trip her because she never came back after taking the cash
   for the bill... she laughed and said "oh I assumed..." naw baby I wasn't gone
   leave you a $3 tip lol we're not all the "same"  loved the spicy cucumbers!

   Review for a takeout order:
   
   Was craving some soup dumplings last night and was excited to see them on the
   menu here. Haven't really seen many places in Philly yet with soup dumplings
   to try. Anyways, I walked it and decided to try a couple other items while I
   was here. On an aside: I was happy to see everyone was wearing their mask and
   they were asking for vaccine cards to those dining in. What I ordered:
   
   Pork Soup Dumplings:
   Was really excited for these, but they were just okay. Was wanting some more
   kick to them. Maybe i should have ordered the Spicy soup dumplings, but the
   hostess initially told me that she likes spice and those are spicy for her so
   opted for these ones instead. Otherwise, very limited variety of soup
   dumplings on the menu.
   
   Hot and Sour Soup:
   I always order this when I'm eating Chinese food and it is a pretty standard
   flavor profile that I really enjoy. Dim Sum's iteration of this staple soup
   was different. It felt a little more watered down than other places and the
   color of the soup was a Sriracha like instead of the normal brownish. Lacking
   flavors considered this felt watered down
   
   Chicken Pad Thai:
   This looked really good when I opened it up. The flavors however just weren't
   there. Out of the 3 reviewed dishes, I was most disappointed with this one. I
   ate half of it for the fact that I paid for it and needed sustenance, but I
   did not enjoy eating it.
   
   Will be continuing my search for a good soup dumpling in Philly...
