409,520 Tenders have been awarded. Achievement of 1403 Government Organizations of all 56 Ministries and "Central Procurement Technical Unit" (CPTU), IMED Division, Ministry of Planning, owner and operator of the e-GP System. Dohatec is

<strong>Single Electronic Government Procurement Portal includes Goods, Works and Services.</strong><br> Electronic Government Procurement System for Royal Government of Bhutan is used for Public Procurement activities of all public
agencies covering Goods, Works and Services. Tenders are online available to bidders from within and outside the country. The e-GP system results in significant savings in terms of cost and time and brings transparency. It increases
competition. Standardization of procurement practices in Bhutan is carried out. <br> Since July 2022, a total of 72086 bids submitted successfully by the bidders. Since the launch in June 2017, a total of <span
style="color:#b68d40"><strong>11611</strong></span> tenders have been floated in the system amounting to over <span style="color:#b68d40"><strong>Nu 21.5 billion</strong></span> worth of contracts. <br> Integration of six independent
systems with the portal including the Multi-year rolling budget (MYRB) system of the Department of National Budget (DNB), RAMIS, Construction Development Board (CDB), Department of Civil Registration and Census, Royal Civil Service
Commission and the Ministry of Economic Affairs online systems are linked. <br> 278 Procurement Agencies registered with the e-GP System plan their annual procurement based on the budget approved by the DNB. Tax clearance certificates are
checked with the Department of Revenue and Customs. All government procurement activities including the approved budget are reflected on the DNB's system, that is integrated into the e-GP platform. <br> The system has World Bank Standard
Bidding Documents (SBD), Asian Development Bank (ADB) Standard Bidding Document.</span>

<p style="font-size:12px; ">Luna Shamsuddoha was a Bangladeshi entrepreneur. She was the chairman of the software firm Dohatec New Media, in Dhaka Bangladesh, which she founded in 1992. She was the first woman to head any state-owned bank in Bangladesh. She was the chairman of state-owned Janata Bank Limited. She was also founder and president of Bangladesh Women in Technology (BWIT).</p>

Of these 409,520 Tenders have been awarded. Achievement of 1403 Government Organizations of all 56 Ministries and "Central Procurement Technical Unit" (CPTU), IMED Division, Ministry of Planning, owner and operator of the e-GP System. Dohatec is happy to be part of this success as the Nominated Sub-Consultant. Single Electronic Government Procurement Portal includes Goods, Works and Services. Electronic Government Procurement System for Royal Government of Bhutan is used for Public Procurement activities of all public agencies covering Goods, Works and Services. Tenders are online available to bidders from within and outside the country. The e-GP system results in significant savings in terms of cost and time and brings transparency. It increases competition. Standardization of procurement practices in Bhutan is carried out. Since July 2022, a total of 72086 bids submitted successfully by the bidders. Since the launch in June 2017, a total of 11611 tenders have been floated in the system amounting to over Nu 21.5 billion worth of contracts. Integration of six independent systems with the portal including the Multi-year rolling budget (MYRB) system of the Department of National Budget (DNB), RAMIS, Construction Development Board (CDB), Department of Civil Registration and Census, Royal Civil Service Commission and the Ministry of Economic Affairs online systems are linked. 278 Procurement Agencies registered with the e-GP System plan their annual procurement based on the budget approved by the DNB. Tax clearance certificates are checked with the Department of Revenue and Customs. All government procurement activities including the approved budget are reflected on the DNB's system, that is integrated into the e-GP platform. The system has World Bank Standard Bidding Documents (SBD), Asian Development Bank (ADB) Standard Bidding Document.
