TERMITES CONTROL

Termites are insects that live underground in large groups called colonies.
Their primary food source is wood and can damage your property faster than you
can think, leading to costly repairs.

How to Identify Termite Damage:

 * Termites Advanced Baiting System
 * Corrective Soil Treatment

Termites Advanced Baiting System (ABS) - For Elimination:
An advanced system imported from Australia which consist of Above Ground Station
(AG) & In Ground Station (IG) to be installed with bait for active termites in
order to eliminate their colonies.



Termites Corrective Soil Treatment (CST) - For Prevention:
Small holes will be drilled along the perimeter of the premise and the chemical
solution will be pumped into the holes in order to form a chemical protection
layer against termites.




GENERAL PEST CONTROL

Ants, cockroaches, and rats are common pests in most properties. Pests like
cockroaches and rats can often carry diseases which can spread to humans, that
is why we provide routine residue spraying to deter these pests from inhabiting
your space.

Residual Spraying, Gel and Rodent Baiting Treatment:
Pesticide will be applied along the internal & external perimeter of the
premises while gel & rodents baiting will be placed at strategic area to
eliminate ants, cockroaches and rodents.




MOSQUITOES CONTROL

Mosquitoes can be a persistent pest and can pose serious health risks due to the
various diseases they carry such as dengue and malaria. Our team is also
specialized in efficient mosquitoes control solutions using thermal fogging and
larviciding.

Thermal Fogging & Larviciding:
Oil based thermal fogging will be performed at the external perimeter around the
premise, and larvacide will be applied at mosquito breeding sites such as
stagnant water areas.




OCCASIONAL PEST CONTROL

Pests like fleas, mites, and bed bugs are also common in Malaysia that can cause
discomfort and potential health concerns. They can be difficult to eliminate
without professional treatment. Fortunately, our team is well-equipped to
eliminate these pests using our advanced ULV misting solution.

Ultra Low Volume (ULV) Misting – Intensive Treatment:
Ultra fine droplets of solution in the form of mist are generated with our ULV
misting machine to target all surfaces, including hard to reach corners and
creaveses of the premise.
