The Princeville at Hanalei Community Association (PHCA) manages the area in
Princeville known as phase 1. A good amount of information contained on this
site is open to the public; however, there are areas that are accessible only to
association members.

Access Your PHCA Account
To access the members-only information, please log into your account by clicking
"Login" on the upper, right-hand area of the screen.

To access your account balance information, you must sign up with TownSq, which
is managed by Associa Hawaii.

TownSq is a digital platform that allows owners to view statements and pay dues
or enforcement fines from your smartphone or computer. Owners with multiple
accounts can link them under one profile. You can also grant access to family
members and property managers as well. 
 
To Login:
Visit the web address: https://app.townsq.io/login
 
To Register:
 1. Visit https://app.townsq.io/login on your desktop.
 2. Enter your 7-digit Associa account number (no zeros or hyphen) and your Zip
    Code.
 3. Select your name and click ‘set up’.
 4. Provide your email address and create a password.
 5. Download the mobile app from the app store (Apple) or google play (Android)
    and take TownSq on the go!
