LAYER ON TOP OF AI

Companions act as a layer on top of AI technologies. This layer is one of
decentralized ownership, uniqueness, and authenticity. Companion interactions
are not limited to one AI technology, rather, they have the potential to evolve
over time alongside many advancing AI technologies.

instance, would you prefer to directly interact with an untrusted centralized
entity like Google Bard or a decentralized entity, a Companion (e.g. “Sarah”),
which you own and that possess a unique persona that offers an intimate and

AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE

Inspired by real human dynamics, Companions are assigned 1/1 unique
personalities and are owned only by one* individual on the blockchain.
Interactions with your Companion are therefore completely authentic, unique, and
only experienced by you.

This differs from other companion projects such as Character.ai and Replika
where companion ownership is NOT decentralized and where companions’
personalities are NOT 1/1 unique — meaning the interactions with Companions may
be inauthentic, generic, and ultimately experienced by many people.
