I have contacted app support many times over 3 years, yet no solutions. I have to remove the app and restart device just to get my device to work again. Not happy paying for a subscription that I can not use. Washington Post app support just says to contact they, which I have done many times about this issue for 3 years, yet still doesn't work. All other apps work on that device. Only Washington Post does not,. 16 people found this review helpful Did you find this helpful? Kevin Myette more_vert * Flag inappropriate * Show review history March 30, 2024 March 2024 update Everything works fine now... thx Washington post for being responsive. Some improvements still possible because by its nature it is a lot of information on a small screen, but it remains my go-to news (From 2022) Download and installed from Google play store (so one would assume that the latest version was installed) however when tried to open and use, a forced message to get an "update" from the Play Store puts one in an endless and unsolvable loop. Still can't get the news. 59 people found this review helpful Did you find this helpful? Yes No The Washington Post February 14, 2022 Hi! We are sorry for the trouble. Caroline Castleton more_vert * Flag inappropriate November 16, 2023 I love WaPo journalism/reporting but the app is driving me crazy. Home button should be on every screen. If I click on links to other articles, then more links, then I have to press the back button over and over to get to the home screen. Crossword puzzles really should automatically save. Is this 1999? So many lost crosswords! Also, on the home page it keeps jerking me back to the top. Very annoying. 169 people found this review helpful Did you find this helpful?
