Regarding payment, we accept credit card or bank transfer as payment methods. It
is requested that payment be made at least 60 days prior to the departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure please pay as soon as you are
able. Please note that if payment is not received, the booking will remain in
the system, but availability cannot be guaranteed.


As we do not require a deposit, we kindly request that you inform us promptly if
you wish to cancel your booking. If you have to cancel after you have paid we
will refund.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EGUIDE

BOOKING WITH
Your transfer or tour is operated by eGuide Pty Ltd at 2/8 Smythe Street,
Sheffield, Tasmania, 7306Australia. Each transfer or tour is legally booked with
eGuide Pty Ltd. The tours or transfers will be referred to as being booked with
eGuide and used in general correspondence. Head office correspondence is with
eGuide Pty Ltd, 2/8 Smythe Street, Sheffield, Tasmania, 7306 Australia and where
all correspondence is to be served.

PRICES
Prices are offered in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Prices are per
person or where stated as group. All prices are correct on our booking form.
Eguide Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices.

INCLUSIONS
All extras must be paid for by the client.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
eGuide Pty Ltd has the right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours
and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. Components of
trips can be weather dependent and eGuide Pty Ltd cannot be held liable if trip
components are not available on the day of travel. eGuide Pty Ltd can’t
guarantee pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to
connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or
baggage.

LIABILITY
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers, eGuide Pty Ltd cannot
be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or
resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors.
Passengers should note that travel involves risk and a signed release may be
required from all participants before departure for some eGuide Travel tours.
eGuide Pty Ltd also assumes no responsibility for any act of negligence, act or
omission whatsoever by any company whose services are used as part of packages
provided, including but not limited to activity and accommodation providers.

MINIMUM NUMBERS
Once booked the booking is confirmed and not subject to minimum numbers.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included. eGuide Pty Ltd recommends that guests take out
their own travel insurance policy which covers personal liability, cancellation,
loss of luggage and personal effects.

DEPARTURE POINTS
We cannot wait for late arrivals and all transfers depart on time and no refunds
provided. Please arrive early!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required 30 days prior to each transfer or tour or immediately if you
are booking less than 30 days prior to travel. If you have not paid within the
30 day period your booking will be treated as unconfirmed. You are free to
cancel up to to 30 days prior. Within the 30 day period we are flexible and if
an emergency reason we will fully refund any monies paid.


FINAL PAYMENT
All tours and transfers are based on full payment 30 days prior to the
departure. If no payment is made at that time your booking is no longer
confirmed. For bookings made in the 30 day period payment is required at the
time of booking.

AMENDMENTS TO TOURS
If you wish to transfer from one tour to another or transfer your booking to a
third party you must notify us at least 5 days prior to the proposed departure
date.

CANCELLATION
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism,
natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not
viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can
transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a
full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may
have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas,
vaccinations, Travel Insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

CHILD POLICY
Infants (0- 7yrs) may not be carried on eGuide tours or transfers for safety
reasons.

LUGGAGE ON TOURS AND TRANSFERS
Vehicles have limited luggage space remaining. We carry free of charge a
rucksack or one large suitcase and a small bag capable of sitting on your knee.

LIABILITY
Although we make every effort to protect our guests, eGuide Pty Ltd are not able
to be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or
resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors.
Passengers should note travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed
