Terms and Conditions

 1. Customer agrees to not hold Citizens liable for any lost data or hardware
    failures. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any data before
    having their computer repaired.
 2. All work will be done on a first come, first served basis.
 3. Citizens will contact the customer upon discovery of additional issues or
    labor charges before completing the work.
 4. Computer(s) or other equipment left at Citizens location for more than 30
    days after completion of work will become the property of Citizens and may
    be sold or discarded without further notice.
    * Multiple notices will be given to the customer before this happens, such
      as email and voicemail.
 5. Citizens will contact the customer when the repairs are completed to arrange
    for pickup of equipment.
 6. The balance for computer repair services is due upon equipment pickup.
    Charges can be added to the customer's bill only at request, as long as the
    account is not past due.


PRIVACY STATEMENT

Whether receiving services or purchasing products at Citizens locations, using
https://citizens.coop, having Citizens perform services on customer premises, or
contacting Citizens Support Center, Citizens has security measures in place and
takes reasonable precautions to protect against loss, misuse and unauthorized
access of personal information provided to Citizens. Citizens cannot ensure or
guarantee the security of any information transmitted by email, and transmission
is done at the customer's own risk. Please, never send credit card, bank
account, or social security information via email.

Please note: While Citizens is able to protect personal information that is
provided during the course of business, Citizens cannot take responsibility for
data loss on the products or systems serviced or for hardware failures.
Customers will need to ensure data has been removed or backed-up in order to
safeguard this information.
