Cobra Introducer has the potential to become the most sought after instrument
in the management of a difficult airway. Cobra Introducer allows a medical
professional to perform intubations with difficult anatomy, turning the

much easier secured airway, often without the use of expensive equipment or

Cobra Introducer is novel in its design to address the problem of lining up the
endotracheal tube at the trachea during intubation. Using a simple telescoping
extension that can be activated by the anesthesiologist without changing the
grip.

The outer wire has the flexibility to be shaped through the throat and placed
close to the opening of the trachea. At that point, the inner wire can be
advanced the final length into the trachea, making the placement of the tube
easier, especially when used with video laryngoscopes.
