How can I register as an organizer?

All you have to do is click the “Create new event” button and go through the
process.
How long does it take to start selling for an event?

It takes about 10 minutes the first time and even less later.
What do you need to start selling?

For the basic details and cover image of your event, the data of the organizing
company, and if you are a Hungarian organizer, a Billingo or Számlázz.hu
account.
Can I try the system for free?

Yes, for free tickets, Cooltix is completely free. In this case, company data is
not required either.
If I don't sell a ticket, do I still have to pay?

No, the fee will only be charged after your sales. You can pause and resume
sales at any time.
Do I need to connect my own payment service provider to accept credit cards?

You don't have to, you can use Cooltix's payment service provider, which is also
set up by default. You only have to connect one if you want to use your own
payment service provider.
When will my incomes arrive?

If you use your own payment service provider, your incomes will be sent to you
immediately. In the case of using Cooltix payment service provider, we payout no
later than on the 5th day after the event.
How do I pay the fee?

In the case of a Cooltix payment service provider, fees are deducted from the
incomes before the payout. In the case of your own payment service provider, the
fees are billed monthly.
Do fees vary by country and currency?

Fees may vary by country, but do not vary by currency, they are always set in
the primary currency of the organizer’s country.
How can I get a part of the handling fee?

You can set the handling fee to a higher amount than our fee, up to 10% of the
ticket price. The incomes from this will be given in full to you.
