Start by connecting over coffee or online to chat about your journey so far and
explore how NCP can help you. We will explain how we can deliver a supported
pathway to a successful exit and what is involved.

Discover

If the fit feels right for each other, we will share more information about the
terms of the sale and the possible exit pathways. We will also ask for more
information to understand your business better and how it fits with NCP.

Join

When you are ready to join NCP, we will undertake due diligence and provide
formal agreements for your review. You will then sign up to sell your business
in the future on agreed terms, giving you time to get it sale-ready first.

Optimise

If you join early, you will have at least 18 months to get your business
sale-ready and optimise its value. We also offer an opt-in program to
supercharge performance via HTNK Advisory’s proven proprietary programs.

Sell

Once your business is optimised and the best investor has been sourced, we will
complete your business sale. Your value will be based on your clinic’s
performance at the time, and you will be paid cash consideration plus an
