GREAT PLACE TO STAY - EXCELLENT SERVICE - EXCELLENT LOCATION
The Westin Times Square provided us with the opportunity of a central
location with excellent service and it was a nice quiet place to stay even
though it was situated in one of the noisiest areas in New York. Would
highly recommend this for each location service and comfort?

When in NYC we always stay @ Westin Times Sq. It is centric, beautiful,

JUST BOOK IT!
Honestly, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. Staff does everything to
ensure your stay is a good one! This hotel is clean, modern, newly
renovated, food was good and above all, it was comfortable! Definitely
recommend this hotel! Stayed during SLAM 2K25 event and saw lots of
current, past and future NBA/WNBA stars so you know it’s good!
Booking this again next time.

EXCELLENT HOTEL
Ryan the manager from Westin NYC was amazing and he’s security guard
Pete/Peter was great too! They were a great team to help us with the issues
that we had. Ryan took care of the problem right away. We appreciated the
help, support and above everything respect,kindness and caring about
customers.
The location is perfect, it’s so close by Time Square and many more
attractions that is so beautiful and amazing.
Our first trip to New York was a great experience.
Everything about our stay was amazing and we would love to stay there
again.

THE HOTEL IS VERY OLD AND NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED
Overall the hotel shouldn’t be your first choice in NYC. Price is high but
quality isn’t there. There are many other options at a better price. It
needs a relocation soon.

per day. Self-Parking prices are inclusive of tax and is available for $65 per

All parking options are for a 24-hour period, and there are no in-and-out
privileges. A 1-hour grace period is provided on the day of departure. If you
choose Valet Parking, you will pay at the hotel, and for Self-Parking, you will
pay at the garage. Valet Parking call time is 30 minutes, and parking operates
24/7, 365 days a year. Garage supports a maximum vehicle height of 9 feet.
