WHAT’S THE NEW MVPS PRO REWARDS & PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM?



The new MVPs Pro Rewards & Partnership Program (MVPs Pro Rewards) is an enhanced
program with great benefits, including purchase tracking and business management
tools, and now introducing Rewards just for Pros.


DOES MVPS PRO REWARDS REPLACE LOWE’S FOR PROS LOYALTY PROGRAM?



Yes, the MVPs Pro Rewards Program replaces Lowe’s For Pros Loyalty Program.
Eligible existing Pro Business Accounts will be automatically enrolled into the
new MVPs Pro Rewards Program.


WHO’S ELIGIBLE FOR THE MVPS PRO REWARDS PROGRAM?



Any organization with a Pro Business Account is eligible, with the following
exceptions: 



 * Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) are excluded.
 * Member organizations within GPOs are eligible for all rewards.
 * National Accounts are eligible for all rewards except for Earn Back Rewards.
 * Government organizations will be eligible but must opt in to participate.

ONCE MY PRO BUSINESS ACCOUNT REACHES AN MVPS PRO REWARDS LEVEL, HOW LONG UNTIL
THE STATUS CHANGES?



Your Pro Business Account remains in any MVPs Level until its annual qualifying
spend qualifies for the next level. The Pro Business Account starts the next
calendar year at the highest level reached during the previous year based on
annual qualified spend.



 * If the annual qualifying spend earns Gold MVPs Level in 2022, the Pro
   Business Account will start 2023 at the Gold MVPs Level.
 * If the annual qualifying spend reaches Silver MVPs Level in 2023, the Pro
   Business Account will begin 2024 at the Silver MVPs Level.





HOW DO I MAKE SURE PURCHASES COUNT TOWARD MY ORGANIZATION’S ANNUAL QUALIFYING
SPEND?



Online: Qualifying purchases made by your organization while signed in to your
Pro Business Account will automatically accrue your organization’s annual
qualifying spend.

In Store: Qualifying purchases made with a credit card registered to your Pro
Business Account will automatically accrue your organization’s spend. If you
scan your Pro ID — which is accessible via your Pro Business Account on the
mobile app or through mobile web — while making a qualifying purchase in store,
that’ll also accrue your organization’s spend (unless tender used is registered
to another organization).

WHEN WILL MY QUALIFYING SPEND UPDATE ON MY PRO BUSINESS ACCOUNT?



Qualifying purchases made by your organization while signed in to your Pro
Business Account on Lowes.com, purchases made with a credit card that’s saved to
your Wallet in your Pro Business Account on Lowes.com, or purchases captured by
scanning your Pro ID in store will automatically accrue to your organization’s
annual qualifying spend after the order has been picked up or delivered in its
entirety. Please allow 24 hours after the fulfillment of your order for your
qualifying spend to update in your Pro Business Account.


WHO CAN CLAIM REWARDS?



The Primary Admin of your organization’s account is the only one who can claim a
reward. The Primary Admin can also distribute rewards to others in their
organization.

WHAT ARE MVPS BONUS POINTS AND THE REWARDS CENTER?



MVPs Bonus Points and the Rewards Center are another exciting way to get rewards
in addition to Earn Back, snack and drink coupons, and chances to win All-Pro
Prizes. Rewards items include products to help level up your business. The
Rewards Center is accessible via your MVPs Pro Rewards Dashboard on Lowes.com
and the mobile app.


WHAT’S A QUOTE?



A quote is a list of products you can build, edit and purchase online or in

$100 Statement Credit
Subject to credit approval. As a welcome offer, you will receive $100 back as a

new Lowe’s Business Rewards Card from American Express. Statement credit will be
posted to your account within 8-12 weeks. Your account must not be cancelled or
past due at the time of fulfillment of any offers.

5% Cash Back at Lowe’s
You can earn 5% cash back on eligible purchases at Lowe’s during the first 6
months of Card Membership starting from the date of account approval. That is 3%
back (or 3 points) on top of the 2% back (or 2 points) you already earn per
dollar spent on eligible purchase at Lowe’s.

You can earn 5% cash back on eligible purchases at Lowe’s starting from the date
that your account is opened. In rare instances, your period to earn 5% cash back
may be shorter than 6 months if there is a delay in receiving your Card. Also,
purchases may fall outside of the 6 month period in some cases, such as delay in
merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the
date you made the transaction. (For example, if you buy goods online, the
purchase date may be the date the goods are shipped). Please allow 8-12 weeks
after the eligible purchase is charged to your card account for points to be
posted to the account.


American Express reserves the right to modify or revoke at any time.


If we in our sole discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse,
or gaming in connection with this offer in any way or that you intend to do so
(for example, if you applied for one or more cards to obtain an offer(s) that we
did not intend for you; if you cancel or downgrade your account within 12 months
