ABOUT US

ONE TOUCH OF NATURE MAKES THE WHOLE WORLD KIN

Welcome to my world of wanderlust and wilderness! I’m Rajendra Khetre, a solo
traveler from Pune, Maharashtra, who found his calling in exploring India’s
diverse landscapes with my faithful companion – my Mahindra Thar. Like the
Shakespeare quote that inspires me, “One touch of nature makes the whole world
kin,” I believe that travel breaks all barriers and connects hearts. My blog
isn’t just about destinations; it’s about the stories that unfold on dusty
trails, the warmth of local communities, and the thrill of discovering hidden
gems across our beautiful country.
As a solo adventurer, I bring you authentic travel tales, practical guides, and
stunning visuals from my journeys. Whether it’s conquering challenging terrains
or discovering serene spots off the beaten path, each post is crafted from real
experiences and a genuine love for exploration. Join me as I navigate through
India’s magnificent landscapes, one adventure at a time.

AS A PASSIONATE SOLO TRAVELER EXPLORING INDIA WITH MY THAR, I DOCUMENT AUTHENTIC
ADVENTURES ACROSS DIVERSE TERRAINS. FROM MOUNTAIN PASSES TO COASTAL TRAILS,
EVERY JOURNEY IS A STORY WAITING TO BE SHARED.

STUDY NATURE, LOVE NATURE

Through my lens and experiences, I capture the raw beauty of India’s wilderness.
Each trip teaches me something new about our natural world – from high-altitude
ecosystems to desert landscapes, every adventure deepens my connection with
nature.

AUTUMN IS A SECOND SPRING

My travels follow nature’s rhythm across seasons. Whether it’s chasing monsoon
clouds in the Western Ghats, witnessing Ladakh’s autumn colors, or exploring
spring blooms in the valleys, each season brings its own magic to the journey.

JUST LET IT RAIN

Some of my most memorable adventures happen when plans meet nature’s surprises.
From impromptu camping under starlit skies to navigating rain-soaked trails,
these unplanned moments create the most authentic travel stories.

A LIGHT WIND SWEPT OVER THE CORN, AND ALL NATURE LAUGHED IN THE SUNSHINE.

FOREST WILDERNESS

SRINAGAR

Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, is a historic city built
around Dal Lake, known for its traditional houseboats, ornate Mughal gardens,
wooden mosques, and vibrant Kashmiri culture, with the Jhelum River winding
through its heart.

PANGONG LAKE

Pangong Lake (Pangong Tso) is a majestic 134-kilometer-long salt lake situated
at 14,270 feet in the Himalayas, shared between India’s Ladakh and Tibet, famous
for its crystal-clear waters that change from deep blue to turquoise throughout
the day.

ZANSKAR SINDHU SANGAM

The Zanskar River merges with the Sindhu (Indus) River at Nimmu, Ladakh,
creating a dramatic natural spectacle where the brown waters of the Zanskar meet
the blue-green Indus – their confluence marked by a striking color contrast
against the backdrop of towering Himalayan peaks.
