About:
The starting gun is fired at 07h00. Anybody can enter and everyone is welcome.
Enter online at www.peaktiming.co.za or at registration of the race from 06h00
at Entrance No. 2, Westgate Shopping Centre.

Pre entries will close on Sunday 2 February 2025.

You can collect your race number on Friday 7 February 2025 from 17h00 to 19h00
and on Saturday 8 February 2025 from 09h00 to 15h00 at Entrance No. 2, Westgate
shopping centre.

Venue
Westgate Shopping Centre, Corner Ontdekkers Road and Crous Drive, Roodepoort.
The race starts and ends at Entrance 2. Parking at Entrance No.1, 3, 4 and 5.

Fees
The fee for the 10km race is R150.00 per runner and walkers. Anybody can join,
however, if you are not registered to an athletics club, you will be required to
pay an additional fee of R60 for a temporary licence.

The fee for the 5km race is R80 per participant. No licences are required for
this race, and everybody is welcome to take part. We encourage walkers to join
us, too.

Entry fee for grandmaster will be R50 for the 5km and R60 for the 10km.

Online entries exclude transaction fees, which will be added at check out. Late
and on the day, entries will carry a R10 surcharge.

No refunds on fees paid.

T- Shirts
The first 100 entries will receive a free T-shirt, thereafter A limited number
of T- Shirts will be available for purchase on the online entry system.
Manual entries are not eligible for a T Shirt purchase.

Medals
All those who complete the race will receive a medal.

Prizes - Men and Women

The race is run in accordance with the rules of ASA and CGA. Athletes
participating indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors
and organisers of the race against all and any actions of whatsoever nature that
may arise out of their participation in the race.

Results will be available 24 hours after the race at www.peaktiming.co.za

The Road Race is organised by the Roodepoort Athletics Club and made possible by
Westgate Shopping Centre
