Update Contact Details via Citibank Online



Log on to the Citi Mobile App

Tap and “Contact Information”

Enter your Citi Mobile Token Unlock Code

Tap “Edit”, you can update your correspondence address, home phone number,
office phone number and your email address

   

Tap “Update”. Upon confirming that the input information is correct, tap
“Confirm”

   

Re-enter your Citi Mobile Token Unlock Code

Your information has been successful submitted

 

After logging on, click on "My Profile"

Click "Update My Profile" under "Account Setting"and input One-Time Password to
proceed

Click "Update Information" button at the bottom

You can update your correspondence address, home phone number, office phone
number and your email address

Input and verify your new information and follow the steps for authentication.

Your information has been successful submitted
