     NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A MARRIOTT PROPERTY BEFORE
     
     1. Upon entering the room (Rm 127) I discovered a USED condom in the
     trashcan. If this was missed what else in the room wasnt properly cleaned.?
     It was removed by housekeeping.
     
     2. The HVAC for the room never worked properly. Despite THREE requests for
     HVAC service--on three different days--the room was stifling hot. The room
     would heat but not cool. I was unable to open a window.
     
     3. On my last night, the staff moved me to a far more acceptable room.

     and unloading trucks early in the AM, but I would invest in some more sound

     Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is wonderful. The
     staff is very friendly and responsive. The room was lovely (super
     comfortable bed, amazing shower, very quiet, great curtains for jet lag,
     lots of space, yummy chocolates at bedtime, extremely clean). Wonderful
     concierge staff with absolutely outstanding suggestions for meals and
     activities. If you are coming to Madrid, you should stay here!!!!!
