Becoming a mom of two, that was a little bit terrifying. Your big sister immediately filled a void in our lives that we didn’t know existed. She was our sun, our moon and all of the stars. Our world revolved around her. It owns everything. Including my daughter’s heart. We took a family trip to Disney last February, and we were about a year too early. At 2 years old our daughter didn’t know most of the characters yet and she was (still is, actually) terrified of anyone dressed up in costume. We made the most of our trip though and … Continue Reading POSTS NAVIGATION Page 1 Page 2 … Page 6 Next Welcome to Winging Motherhood! I’m Misty, a picture-taking, coffee-loving, physician assistant from Buffalo, NY. When I’m not working or chasing my girls, you can find me on the local running trails or getting lost in a good book. My husband and I are college sweethearts, though we met when we were just kids. After almost 10 years we finally settled down, got hitched, built a house and had two little girls, Calista and Camila. We love to explore our hometown of Buffalo, especially now that we can share it with our girls. I realized after having my first daughter, no matter how prepared you think you are for motherhood, you’re really just winging it. We’re all just doing the best we can to keep our tiny humans alive. So if you feel like you’re winging it too, you’re in good company.
