My credit card was stolen, and rides charged on Uber.  

Uber rejected my explanation.  And won't tell me where the rides were taken.  If
they did I could (probably) prove i was elsewhere.  Do I have any recourse? 

I cannot use Uber until I pay then $42, which kills me.
