How does the button work?
a. Press the power button — turn on/gear 1 2 3/turn off the COOLIFY 2.
b. Long press the power button for 1.5S at any mode/gear — turn off the COOLIFY
2.
c. Press the mode button– switch between cooling mode and fan mode.
d. Long press the mode button for 1.5S — switch between cooling mode/ fan mode
and heating mode.
Is it possible for your body to be cooled down 27 °F ?
Of course not! The cooling effect ( Cool Down 27 °F in 1S ) refers to your body
feeling temperature, not
your actual body temperature. It is doubtless that the healthy body temperature
will be maintained at a balanced level.
What is NTC technology? How does it help you to feel constant cool?
COOLIFY2 uses 4 Negative Temperature Coefficient Sensors, helping the device to
maintain an operation speed of up to 100,000 times per second. It will slightly
change the temperature of cooling plate so that human body can feel constant
cooling even at a temperature over 110°F.
What is the battery life in different modes?
The setting mode you choose will determine the battery life. The COOLIFY 2 can
function for 18 hours in fan mode 1, or 1.8 hours in cooling mode 3. LED Screen
shows clearly the battery life and setting mode.

my son works out in the heat and this has caused other athletes to have a heat
stroke, he has been able to wear the neck fan even while running and working out
while not getting overheated with the coolify neck fan

Awesome device, flawed by short battery life
I'm amazed at how well this works in humid Florida summertime! Battery life is
shorter than I'd like in cooling mode (I think it would last all day in fan
mode). Maybe there just isn't room in the device for more battery, or it might
have been an economic decision (double the battery capacity would have added to
the selling price). In my case, I just purchased multiple units, expensive, but
worth it for an old man trying to enjoy summertime Florida! This is an extreme
device to solve an extreme situation, and it just works!!! This device starts
moving cool air within seconds of turning it on!

Definitely keeps you cool
I was a bit skeptical at first but I was wrong! This works amazingly well. The
30min of cooling works great and does not get annoying. I just keep the fan on
anyway.

Flexible, powerful, surprisingly light
This thing is great! If you're like me you've probably wondered why no one has
made a personal cooler using thermoelectric / peltier coolers. Torras has
finally brought a really high quality personal cooler to the market. It's very
thoughtfully designed, the packaging is great, and it works really well.
Although I'd never heard of Torras I am glad I took a chance on buying it, it's
clear that they worked very hard to make a quality product.The Coolify2 works
via two methods - the fans blow air past your head like many other wearable
fans, but the thermoelectric cooling pads give the cooling effect a big boost by
acting like big heatsinks for your jugular veins. Torras went out of their way
to design something that would be comfortable too - it uses sensors to ensure
that the pads aren't uncomfortably cold, and an often overlooked feature is that
the coolers can heat as well. Peltier semiconductors allow current to be
reversed to heat the contact side, giving the Coolify a heating function that's
perfect for winter.The battery life is surprisingly long given its capability -
I get 2-2 1/2 hours depending on the settings. I bought the 5000mah "Limited
Edition" so I can't speak for the other models, but battery life is very
satisfactory for its size. I also like the USB-C charging, I can charge it back
up in about 30 minutes with a high wattage USB-C power brick like the Anker 65W
I just bought. Their product support is really good as well, they got right back
to me when I asked a question about it.
