NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non disclosure agreement is made between BRUNSWICK STEEL, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of Manitoba, with its head office located
at 125 Bismarck Street, Springfield, Manitoba, R5R 0H6 and the customer.

The customer has been provided online access to the Brunswick BOS system for the
purpose of viewing inventory, getting quotes on pricing, and placing orders from
Brunswick Steel.

Brunswick steel will provide the customer with a login and instructions on how
to use the BOS system.

The customer acknowledges that the BOS system is proprietary to, and a valuable
trade secret of Brunswick Steel, and is entrusted to the customer only for the
purpose set forth in this agreement.

The customer shall treat the BOS system with the strictest confidence. The
customer agrees that it will not disclose any information about the software,
its design and performance specifications to any other parties, whether or not
in competition with Brunswick Steel.

The customer agrees to keep confidential not to disclose any inventory and
pricing provided by Brunswick Steel to any other parties, whether or not in
competition with Brunswick Steel.

The customer shall take reasonable security precautions to prevent the BOS
system from being seen by unauthorized individuals. This includes keeping
private all login and password information.
