Website:Airbnb Jay Aug 2020 Timothy's place was very convenient to explore area. It came with all the amenities one needs. Timothy loaned us some cruiser bikes which we enjoyed. He also had left us some golf coupons and a list of activities to do in the surrounding areas. Any issue we had was handled promptly. All in all was a very pleasant experience. We were a group of 3 adults, one child, and 2 dogs and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week, and there were tons of great take out restaurants close by for days we didn't want to cook. There are parks nearby as well. The basement laundry was really convenient. The air conditioning unit in the main living space worked well, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms helped with air flow as well. There is some outside road noise, especially on weekends, but it's to be expected when taking into consideration the great location. It's literally a block from all the hotspots in downtown Appleton. Timothy was a great host and super responsive. The place was very clean, and he assured us of the extra precautions they took to disinfect during this time of COVID-19.
