WHAT IS THE CHIME MOBILE BANKING APP?

Think about your normal banking experience. Now picture an easier, more
efficient, and more accessible one. That’s the Chime mobile banking app. It can
be used to deposit checks², send money, check your balance, find nearby ATMs,
and more.


IS THE CHIME APP SAFE?

Chime is incredibly focused on the safety and security of your finances. To keep
you protected, we use 128-bit AES encryption, access control, and security
processes. If you notice an unauthorized transaction, you can disable
transactions on your Chime card immediately in the settings section of the Chime
app and website to prevent further unauthorized card transactions. Additionally,
deposits in Chime accounts are insured up to the standard maximum deposit
insurance amount of $250,000 through our partners, The Bancorp Bank, N.A. or
Stride Bank, N.A., Members FDIC.


CAN MY ENTIRE CHIME ACCOUNT BE MANAGED FROM THE MOBILE APP?

member's direct deposit enrollment status.

3 Pay Anyone transactions will be monitored and may be held, delayed or blocked
if the transfer could result in fraud or another form of financial harm.
Sometimes instant transfers can be delayed. Non-Chime members must use a valid
debit card to claim funds.

4 Out-of-network ATM withdrawal and over the counter advance fees may apply
except at MoneyPass ATMs in a 7-Eleven, or any Allpoint or Visa Plus Alliance
