How do I request an Independent Medical Examination?

What types of clients do you work with?

We work with law firms, third-party administrators, employers, and corporate
clients. Please note that we do not work directly with claimants.

Do you only use physicians for assignments?

While we primarily work with physicians, we also have podiatrists,
chiropractors, dentists, psychologists, and other professionals available for
Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and expert witness assignments. If a
specific type of specialist is required to meet the needs of your case, we will
work with our recruiting team to find the right expert to ensure your
requirements are fully met.

How do you screen your doctors?

All physicians undergo a comprehensive internal vetting process, including
credential verification through SAM.gov and the OIG exclusion database, as well
as a review of their CVs.

What is your average report turnaround time?

On average, reports are completed within two weeks. We can also accommodate
faster turnaround times upon request.

Can your doctors travel for IMEs?

Yes, our experts are available to travel for examinations both nationally and
internationally.

Do you offer virtual IMEs?

Yes, with advancements in technology, IMEs can now be conducted remotely,
offering flexibility and convenience, especially for claimants overseas, with
mobility issues, or travel restrictions. This solution saves time and makes the

Are there any specialties you don’t cover?

We can almost always find a specialist in the field you need. Our recruiting
