Solid. I’m impressed

Normally I don’t spend $30 on a shirt but the advertising for this particular
shirt was really well done and caught my attention enough to give it a shot. I
am pleasantly surprised. Initially, XL was out of stock and that’s my normal
size. I read some comments that said you should get a size below if you don’t
want it oversized, and sure enough a L fits perfect. Solid material, I do wish
the back print were a tad lighter so I don’t feel it on my back but still really
cool, quality t shirt.

This is a nice oversized cotton tee shirt. The graphics and message are
beautiful. I get compliments every time I wear it. Thank you for allowing me to

It’s hard to believe that STAY® turns 10 today. When I launched this brand in
2014, I was facing significant challenges mentally, physically, and socially.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot, and I am thrilled about what lies ahead for
STAY®. Mental health is a crucial topic that needs more discussion, but
discussion alone is not enough. Action is essential. Starting STAY® coincided
with a difficult period in my life. I had just undergone my first ankle surgery
due to a snowboarding accident. Unfortunately, my physical health worsened after
that surgery and two additional ankle surgeries. I neglected my physical
well-being, which, in turn, severely impacted my mental health and how I
perceived myself, as well as my social interactions. This past year, I decided
it was time for a change. I embraced a holistic approach to health, focusing on
improving all three areas of the health triangle: physical, mental, and social
health. I stopped dieting and began improving my relationship with food. I set
aside my fears about anxiety medication and tried them to see if they could help
me focus. I opted for sinus surgery to reduce the need for frequent antibiotics.
I incorporated breath work and cold plunges into my routine. I made more plans
to connect with friends and family. I resumed running despite having undergone
three ankle surgeries, defying my doctor’s advice. Mental health is important.
Physical health is important. Social health is important. Balance is essential
in all aspects of our lives. It’s where we find the most joy and happiness. It’s
not easy and there will be times we will feel stuck and hopeless. But my message
to you is to keep on trying because there is always hope and you have to find
what works for you. Balance will always be a priority for me by consistently
work on it daily. The initial mission of STAY® was to spark conversations about
mental health. Now, the mission is to inspire a mindset and movement to keep
trying and never give up. I want people not just to stay alive but to live life
to the fullest. Here’s to the next chapter of STAY® for this incredible
