ABOUT

Rose is an artist co-creating with people, stories, the nature within and
outside.

Since 2009, she has been a Casting Director for Film and Television:
working primarily on international productions, casting actors out of the UK,
Europe and America.  She has spent most of her casting life creating spaces for
actors, directors & producers to creatively synergize in her casting studio
in Hackney, London and through castings & workshops held internationally in the
UK, US, France, Spain, Turkey and Russia. 

Alongside her work in casting, she enjoys travelling both into the mind and
around the world;  sharing experiences with teachers of local traditions
and training in holistic, healing and transformational practices. From nature &
spiritual immersions in India, Canada, Costa Rica and communing with White
Lion's in the wild bush of South Africa to attending gong baths in East London
and cacao ceremonies in Margate.

Several years ago, her mind and body started shouting very loudly.  To Stop. 
Listening to this call, she took a break from her London life and spent time in
the South African wilderness.  Communing deeply with the land, the people & the
animals where she started to slow down, breathe & connect.

On her return to the UK, Rose began to focus on deepening her
relationship between mind, body & soul - and weaving this into her creative
work.  Alongside her work in the film and television industry, she
started training in shamanic breathwork, ceremonial cacao, womb healing &
evolutionary astrology and leading guided journey's - supporting others to tune
into their intuition and empower themselves. 

In 2020 listening to a whisper in the chaos, she discovered a wild Greek island
where she co-creates with the natural world.

Rose loves the creative life and inspiring others to re-connect & remember the
original spring of their art through the wilderness and wonder of the natural
world.

She is the director of Rose Wicksteed Casting, a certified teacher of The
Non-Linear Movement Method®, an ordained Shamanic Minister and a Womb Ceremony
Facilitator.  She holds a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and
as a Cacao Practitioner.  

Rose offers private individual and small group nature immersions and
pilgrimages.

Be brave enough to live creatively.

The creative is the place where no one else has ever been.

You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your
intuition.

You cannot get there by bus, only by hard work, risking and by not quite knowing
what you are doing.

What you will discover will be wonderful: Yourself.
