USING KRONOS WITH MYWORKLIFE - RECAP

What has happened?

The organizational structure and jobs changed within Kronos on April 18th to
align to MDG and myWorkLife. Various Kronos Call-In Sessions were held to assist
managers with questions. Now that we have passed the transitional period, please
review the items below to follow going forward.

KRONOS SETUP CHECKLIST

As many of our accounts reopen and we welcome back employees, please review the
list below to make sure Kronos is setup for you and your team.

If you are a manager, log in to Kronos and make sure you have access to the
right group of employees. If you need a change to your access (access to an
additional location, remove access to a prior account, etc.) then click on the
Help menu at the top of this page and submit a request to change your access in
Kronos.Assign all employees to a valid Work Area. If any employees are listed
with "Assignment Needed" as their job, then use Work Area Web app to assign them
to a Work Area. Click on the More info button for Work Area Web for
instructions.Enter schedules for your staff. Review any schedule patterns that
were previously created and edit them, if they have changed.Make sure all
employees know their employee ID and how they should be clocking in/out of
Kronos (clock or IVR).Click on Help > How To's & Videos if you need a refresher
on how to create and edit schedules, enter time off, edit a time card, etc.


MOBILE APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE WITH KRONOS!

Mobile Applications are now available for FLAs and FLMs! See below, and click
here to help decide which app works best for your team:

Kronos Mobile (UKG)

 * What can you do?
   * FLMs – View / edit timecards, request time off, approve missed punch fixes
   * FLAs – View schedules / timecards, request time off, fix missed punches,
     punch in/out (optional)
 * How to sign up your profit center?
   * As a Kronos user, you automatically have access to manager features. Click
     here for more information and instructions regarding manager features.
   * If you would like to make UKG Workforce Central (Kronos Mobile) available
     to your FLAs, reference the Kronos Companion Job Aid to enable your profit
     center(s)!

WorkJam

 * What can you do?
   * FLMs – Post open shifts, approve shift swaps, send group / direct / blast
     messages to associates
   * FLAs – Pick up open shifts, participate in group / direct messaging
 * How to sign up your profit center?

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) NEW PAY CODES ADDED

Overview

Review this Pay codes chart for a listing and description of the pay codes that
have been added to Kronos regarding COVID-19. The pay codes allow to pay and
track the reason for an employee not being able to work due to COVID-19 or to
apply a dollar amount for additional pay due to COVID-19.

What You Need to Know

In order to ensure that proper pay codes are utilized for their respective
reasons, review the pay codes below and the description as to when each should
be used. A quick how-to instruction is provided.
