Integrity Home Care + Hospice is now working hand-in-hand with BAYADA Home
Health Care to meet your home health care needs with unmatched skill and
compassion.

The partnership between BAYADA, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit home
health care providers, and Integrity will help to reimagine how health care is
delivered at home by combining Integrity’s existing talented workforce with
BAYADA’s management, expertise, and clinical excellence. Together, we can make a
larger impact on the community and help more people continue to live at home
with comfort, independence, and dignity.

advocates, and activists can match you with the highest-quality in-home services
and support to meet your needs now—and as they change. Learn more about them

HOME CARE

Home Care encompasses a range of service from housekeeping to advance nursing.
Integrity partners with you and your family to design a care plan that addresses
every area of necessity and adjust to plan if your needs, health, or
circumstances change.


HOSPICE

Hospice is a concept of care for the terminally ill that affirms life and
focuses on filling your time, and your family’s time, with quality moments. Our
team of interdisciplinary specialists create a holistic care experience as you
near the end of our journey, and provide ongoing support for your family.


HOME HEALTH

Home Health provides you with short-term, one-on-one care after hospitalization,
injury, illness, or surgery. This service can complement longer-term home care
services, or aid in transitioning from a facility to ensure safety, improve
function, and prevent re-hospitalization.


CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES (CDS)

CDS is a Missouri Medicaid program that is authorized through the Department of
Health and Senior Services (DHSS). This program will provide compensation to a
loved one who is caring for you at home as long as that loved one is not a
