For more than 50 years, community health centers have provided comprehensive
high-quality healthcare in communities all across the country. Health centers
put communities first and reach beyond medicine, improving the lives of those
they serve, enhancing access, advancing health equity, reducing healthcare costs
and creating sustainable impact in their communities.
