We were in search of a new Toyota RAV4 to replace one that was lost in an
accident. We saw that North Georgia Toyota had a good selection of RAV4s and
decided to drive down & see what our options might be. We were met by, and
received a friendly greeting, from Roger "Coach" Thompson who showed us the
various RAV4s on the lot, We picked out a couple we might be interested in and
took one fora test drive. Prior to starting the drive, Coach took the time to
demonstrate the various features of the vehicle and explain the operation. In
all of our previous car buying experiences, no salesperson had ever taken the
time to go over the features. By Roger taking the time to do this, it was an
additional positive to our test drive. After the drive we made the decision to
purchase our new vehicle. Roger explained every step of the purchase process &
kept us well informed throughout. When it came time to meet with the business
office, Roger introduced us to Matt Hedrick. Matt did a great job of explaining
the finance process and helping us understand each part. Before we drove away,
Roger help us set up some things on the vehicle to make sure it was working
properly & to our satisfaction. Roger & Matt stayed after regular hours to make
sure we were driving away happy with our new purchase. We would highly recommend
making the drive to see the great folks at North Georgia Toyota. Be sure you ask
