Welcome to IOTA Integrity Line

You are now on the protected reporting system of Integrity line didicated to
IOTA Group. This system is independent from the website or the intranet of IOTA.

IOTA Integrity line allows to quickly and easily report concerns about actual or
suspected misconduct, including violations of applicable legislation or internal
instructions and procedures, by IOTA staff or anyone outside the organization in
connection with IOTA’s activities.

This system is not managed by IOTA staff thus guaranteeing the system's
management neutrality.

You can report anonymously. However we encourage you to provide your name in the
report. Regardless of whether you do so or not, please open a secure Inbox. This
makes it safer and easier for us to communicate. 

All reports are strictly confidential. You can find more information regarding
personal data in the "Privacy policy" section above.

Reports relating to potential misconduct in member states of the European Union
or identified by whistleblowers within the European Union can also be reported
to external authorities. You can find an overview here .

In the same way, this approach is independent of any report to the authorities
that you may initiate and is not intended to replace it.

The report you make does not give you a "follow-up right" as to its processing,
the initiation or not of investigations or the outcome of the investigations
that are conducted. Depending on the circumstances, however, you may be kept
informed of the follow-up given.

We call on the users / recipients of this service to make sincere use of it in
accordance with its purpose. Fanciful, unfounded or even malicious reports harm
the system and may expose their authors to the consequences provided for by law.
