HOW IT WORKS?


1. SIGN UP

Fill out our onboarding survey. You'll be qualified based on your professional
profile.


2. PARTICIPATE

You'll be invited to participate in product demos, and customer interviews or
give feedback on different websites, creatives, or sales copy. Our surveys take
5-15 minutes. Product demos and interviews take 30-60 minutes.

3. GET PAID

We pay you $5-$600, depending on the engagement type and requested audience
criteria. You can choose between different options (gift cards, VISA, PayPal, or
charities) to get paid.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I need to get started?

- A computer. Our app doesn’t support mobile devices.

- An active LinkedIn account with an up-to-date professional profile.

Do I need to have a LinkedIn account to sign up?

Yes. We use it to verify your Wynter account.

I'm from [Country X]. Can I sign up?

Wynter is currently accepting applications only from the United States and
Canada.

How much do I get paid?

We pay you $5-$600 USD, depending on the type of feedback requested and your
seniority. The full-page message tests and the buyer intelligence surveys
usually take 10–15 minutes to complete. The video walkthroughs take 10 minutes
to complete. The outbound email and preference tests take 5–15 minutes to
complete. Product demos and customer interviews 30-60 minutes. Click here for

How do I get paid, and when do I get paid?

Payouts are sent within 5 business days after participating. We send payments
via a link to a rewards page where you can choose between different options
(gift cards, VISA, PayPal, or charities) to claim your payout. U.S. recipients
who receive $600+ in rewards to the same email will be asked to fill out a W-9
form when redeeming their rewards.

The payouts are sent from the email address rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
Please be sure to allow your spam filters (whitelist) to pass through emails
coming from rewards@reward.tremendous.com to make sure they do not get labeled
as junk or spam. Also, check your junk or spam folder in the event it was
inadvertently placed in that folder.

Are my payments taxed?

All Wynter participants are obliged to fully comply with all tax obligations in
their country that arise from the applicable laws in relation to providing such
services.

What is a product demo?

A product demo is an actual sales meeting. You're going to be pitched a product
that's relevant to your role. You can only participate in product demos if
you're actually interested in a particular product category and you are a
decision-maker when it comes to buying a new tool for your company.

What do surveys and 1:1 meetings look like?

Are my answers anonymous?

Yes. We only disclose the first name and job title of your Wynter participant
profile.

When will I get verified?

Due to the increased amount of new signups, our verification process takes more
time. Currently, we are prioritizing verifying people from the SaaS, eCommerce,
and professional services industries. You will receive an email once your
profile is verified.

How soon will I be able to start participating?

After your profile gets verified, you’ll start receiving invitations to your
email as soon as a Wynter client requests feedback from people with your
professional profile. Requests are client project–dependent and asynchronous.
Profile verification is done manually, and we are doing our best to verify your
profile as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your profile is
verified.

How often will I be contacted to participate?

It depends on your professional profile and industry. Professionals from the
SaaS, Ecommerce, or professional services industries can expect at least two
invitations per month. For others, whenever a request comes in that matches your
professional profile.

How do I apply to be a participant?

The application process is simple. Click on the “Become a participant” button,
fill in the onboarding form, and submit it. Apply to be a participant.
