EVERY time I shop at McKeithen True Value, I received premium customer service.
No matter what materials or equipment im needing for my company, they always
come through with quality. A great store owner and management goes a long way,
and this store has exactly that! The second I walk into the store, I am greeted
with a smile and an offer of assistance with finding anything. Zach Nesmith in
particular has been a HUGE help in our landscape maintenance equipment
purchases. These reasons stated above are why I choose to shop here over other
hardware stores. (Stihl Chainsaw, Trimmer, and Pole Saw shown in photos are a
few of our purchases that we couldn't be more satisfied with)

We had some issues with the Uhaul rental and the family owned hardware store was
incredibly helpful even though our issues were with Uhaul. They were not just
incredibly helpful but went the extra mile when they didn't have to. Even though
this is a big box store you can tell it's a family owned and operated branch
even if you're just browsing the aisles to waste time, someone will pop by to
check in to see how they can help. They go above and beyond with customer
service even when they're incredibly busy as a Uhaul pick up and drop of
location.
